RECRUITMENT PROCESS

As there are numbers of applications, our HR Department will contact shortlisted candidates.
The candidates would basically go through below steps in order as follow:

Round 1

  • General interview via phone call or in person
  • Language will be in English or Vietnamese
  • Original portfolio or certified true copy needed
  • Formal cloth and being punctual to take turn
  • Duration: 10 minutes

Round 2

  • IQ, EQ test, job experience relevant essay
  • Language will be in English or Vietnamese
  • Duration: 90 minutes.

Round 3

  • Board Interview
  • Language will be in English or Vietnamese
  • Formal cloth and being punctual to take turn.
  • Duration: 10 minutes.

We will evaluate altogether your profile and your interpretation in the interview to make decision for enrollment. If you are chosen, you are apparently qualified candidate we looking not just in term of experience but also capability of working adaption. Juniors are always welcomed if you are inquisitive and long term committed to accompany with our company in search of united success.
The result will be announced via phone call and email within 2 working weeks
